Better and easier, (if you are over 50 or you are married with a thai) go with an normal tourist visa and make a yearly NON O visa for marriage or retire visa in Thailand

3. Ministry if foreign affairs is the last and they will authenticate that that paper and the ministri of health is ok

 I came inside with an NON O marriage and extend last year for one year.

Now I thought maybe its easier to change the visa to an retirement visa

But, all clear now
