Hello

Is it possible to change my Visa inside Thailand, when I have a Non-O (marriage)? 

and which paper I need to show them?

Is it also possible to show them my Austrian bank account with the amount of Euros equal or higher of 800 000 Baht or Original document of my monthly income in Austria?

you can not get NON-OA in Thailand, this can only be applied for at the Thai Embassy of your passport country
