I have changed companies multiple times over last 24 years and never had to leave, if you are working for BOI type companies the rules are implemented little differently

Is it normal for a Thai language school to take my daughter's passport for her education visa, and are there any fees for the 90-day reporting?

Normal and if in country more than 90 days then yes you need to do a 90 day report... It's free

because an agency is doing her EOS for her WP and I guess the agency can lump all three together.. Ie EOS for her and dependent visas for the kids at the same time.. 👍

because an agency is processing her EOS for her WP and until she gets that she can't get dependancy visas issued, sounds like the agency will lump everything together and do at the same time...
