Yes.. All wrong, Bangkok bank aren't immigration and could lead to people failing to get visa extensions.

I assume this is an extension to an existing retirement visa? You can only do extensions based on 65k a month, that's as I believe it is??

People need to remember that 99.99% of people only post when there's a problem, this gives a false impression.. There's 1000's a day that go smoothly and never have problems, but they aren't going to post that...

 Tik Tok has put posts on with people on retirement and refused 5 year due to not having more than year.. One had 11 months.

 most just as easy with passport. Driving licence still insisted on resident letter for me and several others I've read online...

 yep.. Absolutely no need and virtually useless when you have it. On several occasions even with yellow book they still wanted residence letter.
