Hi all, went to the immigration to apply for my 30 extension with all the paperwork required, when I go there they said that they needed a blue card from my Airbnb host and a photo copy of his passport, has this happen to anyone else ? they did say it’s the new law.

When applying for a regular tourist visa, it asks for accommodation info. Is this for your entire stay? I want to move around Thailand w/o plans, not be stuck in one place that I pre-booked

Hey Guys

Tm30 reporting... i'm shortly changing residence from Saraburi to Chon Buri. Will stay in an AIRBNB for two weeks whilst I search for a long-term condo with a lease.

What's the likelihood of the Airbnb lodging a TM30? What if I reported my change of residence after finding my long-term condo and signing new lease and did so in the 24hour window?

Your collective wisdom will be much appreciated. Thanks.
