More problems with 90 day reporting online...
Twice I've been rejected previously for 'first report to be done in person...' even though I've been here nearly 10 years and never left the country?
Today a new one..! Rejected.. 'can only be submitted 15 days before until due date' even though I was exactly 7 days before, bang in the middle of required range??🤔
Thai IT and bureaucracy will never cease to amaze me...
TLDR : Answer Summary
Expats face significant issues with Thailand's online 90-day reporting system, with many experiencing repeated rejections despite following the guidelines. Some users mention that changes in the system have made it difficult to report online successfully, while others speculate that rejections may be arbitrary or part of an outdated process. It has been noted that the timeframe for submissions has changed and now may only allow reporting 15 to 8 days before the due date, complicating the process further for those unfamiliar with current rules. Others recommend direct communication with immigration officers for clarification, suggesting that the online system often leads to confusion and frustration.
