When is the 90-day reporting deadline for a Non-O Visa holder who renewed their visa in Thailand?

Ok I have a question. I'm on a non-o retirement Visa and I left Thailand in June and came back on June 11th. Now I went to immigration because my non o Visa was expiring on August 11th of this year. I renewed it on the 15th of July. Now it says I have a Visa good till August 11th 2026. When is my 90-day reporting. 90 days from June 11th when I came back in the country. 90 days from July 15th when I got the new Visa. Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting deadline for the user will be 90 days from their entry date into Thailand, which is June 11. Therefore, their next 90-day report should be submitted by September 9. The new visa renewal date does not affect the 90-day reporting requirement.

If, when you re-entered the country, you were already on an Extension of Stay (not on a Non-O Visa which is 90 days) then your next 90 day report is counted from your date of re-entry. If you were on a Non-O 90 day stamp when you r-entered then your first 90 day report will be 90 days from your extension date.

This 90 day bs is so confusing and annoying. Hope they abolish this ridiculous requirement. Visa only one year still need to report every three months. Crazy

not crazy

They want know where you stay , only that

You must report that ,,,

I don’t like, too .. but that is correct

If you do not report your adres Emigration oficials can.check what happens to you after 90days .

Or you can buy a elite visa ….for 5 years .

Don’t need to go Emigration for report your adress

counting to 90 from the day you entered, or the day you did your last report, or reading the paper stapled inside your passport is hard. Persevere

Look in y'r passport if they stapeled a new "notify in 90 days" paper. Some imm. offices put in a new paper with a date 90 days from y'r new year extension. Korat imm. always did with me.

Your 90 day report date is independent of your visa. Your new 90 day reporting date is 11 September.

90 days from your entry date..

90 day report is nothing to do with the retirement extension.
