it’s still the current form and yes so old! It is needed for an A-O visa from Oz and a few years ago I had a similar problem as no gp would sigh it without expensive and time consuming tests! Luckily my specialist did! I had been living in Thailand fir years so didn’t have a Oz gp anymore

as an alternative, is it worth getting an O visa before arriving? I assume that would be 90 days right? I will come back when things get a bit better and plan to eventually get a year extension based on marriage to a thai national.

I could buy it at my local cheap pharmacy in Bangpakok in Bangkok but only in small sizes 2.5mg. No prescription. Buying at a hospital will probably be more expensive plus you’ll need to see a Dr there
