Bank accounts are one thing and can be easily accessed by the government. Atm withdrawals and Credit Cards can also be tracked. Money exchanged is also tracked. Will they enforce the taxation, sooner or later? Yes, NWO wants to make people's life miserable everywhere.

like I said, not the same visa, not even close. No bank Acc on DTV, no drivers license at some places, possible reevaluation at border which has happened to number of people...

Pay as you go, way cheaper and more fun in the long run without the drama...

your view on elite isn't really accurate. First of all, few people on DTV have been pulled over and have been questioned about their DTV status etc which has never been heard of for Elite members. The 20 year elite was the best option for long term safe access. No issue with bank account and also getting regular drivers license which now at some places requires a long term visa - which DTV isn't. No one really knows what the DTV rules will be in 5 years etc...
