Craig Goug we won’t bother . I will have the 800,000 thb if needed . My thinking around the

thb / month was based on it wasting away doing nothing. Would rather have left it in my pension pot to accrue more of a monthly drawdown towards lifestyle. But hey ho , if that’s what I have to do - no probs

 thanks Bill , great advice . I said this to the Mrs earlier .

We are coming to Thailand for 4 weeks in January .

We plan on doing exactly that .

We also plan on seeking an estate agent in Bangkok to show us different areas / different condos to look at our options
