The counting of 90 days starts on the date of her arrival. At least 45 days before her period of stay expires, you may apply for 1 year extension.

please have your marriage certificate and brith certificate of your children be legalized by your government before coming here. You need that when you will extend your visa here in Thailand.

Even if you got your visa application rejected, you can enter Thailand with the 30 days visa exemption and then extend for another 30 days

When a person has an Elite Visa but wishes to work, he must apply for a Non-B visa. When a Non-B visa is affixed to his passport, the Elite visa will not be cancelled. The person uses the Non-B visa to enter Thailand and then apply for a Work Permit. In the event that the person cancels his Non-B and work permit, he must leave Thailand and return using his Elite Visa (if it is still valid)

Hi Mike. I haven’t crossed a situation that a tourist with 15 days visa on arrival can extend for 60 days. On the other hand, A 60 days tourist visa issued by the Thai embassy can be extended to 30 days. A 30-day visa exempt which is stamp at the airport can be extended for 30 days. If your girlfriend will extend her stay, she will be given a maximum of 15 days

I would suggest to get 3 months non-o visa in your home country and then extend to 1 year here in Thailand.

You need to renew at the Immigration Office that issued your visa. If it is Bangkok Immigration, then you need to go there.
