Hi Team, we are trying to apply for a tourist visa through e-visa from the UK so that we can stay for max of 60 days. In the event that the e-visa gets rejected (insufficient documents, between jobs, etc) can we still come through Visa on arrival as normal (30 days), or is a rejection recorded and then effects the Visa on arrival? TLDR : Answer Summary
If you apply for a tourist visa through the e-visa system from the UK and your application gets rejected due to reasons such as insufficient documents, it will not affect your ability to enter Thailand using a Visa on Arrival. A rejection of the e-visa does not impact your eligibility for other visa options like Visa exempt or Visa on Arrival.

If you're rejected for a tourist visa, it will have NO impact on entering on a visa exempt (or visa on arrival, or bilateral agreement, depending on nationality).

Even if you got your visa application rejected, you can enter Thailand with the 30 days visa exemption and then extend for another 30 days
