TLDR : Answer Summary
You can file the 90-day report for a Non-O visa in Thailand from 15 days before the due date to 7 days after the due date. Specifically, reports can be submitted in person from exactly two weeks before up until 7 days after, online from two weeks before until the due date, and via mail if allowed by your local office, with the envelope postmarked no later than 14 days before the due date.

okay, we sure beat that to death

ONE last time the windows of opportunity for 90 day reporting are

IN PERSON <- from exactly two weeks before down until 7 days after

ON LINE <-from exactly two weeks before down until the due date

BY MAIL <- if your office allows it <- you need to have the envelope post marked no later than 14 days before the due date

You will file the 90 day report from 15 days before the due date to 7 days after the due date.

HOWEVER... Are you on your original Non-O Visa, OR are you on a Non-OA, OR did you get a one year extension of stay?

IF you are on your original 90 day Non-O visa, there is no 90 day report required.

The reason for this is that they will do your first 90 day report for you when you go in to transition from the 90 day Non-O to the next extension so when you are at immigration getting this extension is when they will staple the small piece of paper in your passport telling you when the first 90-day report that YOU are responsible for is due.
