i thought there were no set rules on how many SETV you can apply for. now im worried because ive been going to different countries for tourist visas, so now im thinking if that doesnt matter and they still count how many total visas you have, then it would be easier if i just go to Laos instead again

@Robert ******
but if someone has 2-3 SETV from other countries, its still possible for them to deny your application for that reason if you go to hong kong for the first time?

How many old tourist visas do you have in your passport? I am also wondering if I go there and they see many tourist visas from other consulates if they will question me... or do they only check to see how many times you applied at the hong kong Thai embassy?

This is why Immigration doesn't seem to really get mad if someone comes in and out of Thailand and getting new Visas because at least they see you as a good person, following rules, show proof of funds and they'll gladly give you permission to stay in Thailand. It's these guys who hide out and overstay their Visas is who the Immigration officers are after. I think as long as you don't overstay your Visa, they'll be nice to you.

How's about Foreigners living permanently on Tourist Visa. Would showing my property leasing agreement work?

how are the guys at the tuktuks outside able to cut in front of everyone waiting and go up to the table? then couldnt anybody just go to the front of the line and wait hoping someone is nice enough not to say anything to him for cutting?
Jason ******
and they just wasted a full page in your passport lol

there's no written rule on how many times you can enter/exit by air. you can come in and out as much as you want. They only question people "living" in Thailand/staying long term on visa exempts/extensions. Since you've been coming twice a month for a year then you have 24 visa exempts already, you probably will never have a problem.

They just stamped wrong (happens all the time) you can go to Changwattana and explain and do your extension and you will have a total of 90 days
