For a start, remove "lives in Chiang Mai" from your Facebook page. This is the first thing they'll look at if you come under suspicion.

If you have already reported and have the slip in your passport and have not moved, then no, you do not need to report. I have been in and out many times and whenever I have asked when doing extensions or the one time 90 report, they tell me it's not needed.
