Hi. I live in Hua Hin and I'm wanting some information please if possible. My husband and I have a multi entry Non-Imm O-A Visa. We left Thailand before our first 90 day report was due. So now we will report in 90 days from our re-entry. But I'm wondering if we have to go to immigration at Bluport to advise that we are back in Thailand again. Apologies for my last post when I didn't say where I lived.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether they need to notify immigration upon returning to Thailand with a multi-entry Non-Imm O-A Visa after leaving before their first 90-day report was due. According to a comment, if the user has already reported before leaving and has their report slip, they do not need to inform immigration of their return.

If you have already reported and have the slip in your passport and have not moved, then no, you do not need to report. I have been in and out many times and whenever I have asked when doing extensions or the one time 90 report, they tell me it's not needed.
