that is not the context of the Visa unfortunately… hence you find the answer in the Visa type Digital Tourist Visa… that said, if you were there on said Visa, you would have to clock out before 180 days.

Not sure HOW Hubby will meet the Criteria, FiFo worker I am thinking he is involved in the Mining Industry and that in itself does not post as a Digital Nomad, the DTV ( Digital Tourist Visa ) requirements are a Remote worker (work for a company in another country by electronic connected means, digital nomad- work online, freelancer… could be anything… can only stay up to 180 days… knowing all those basics… hard to see how either of you would qualify…
