The Legal place is Immigration. They require 800,000 thb seasoned in your Thai account for 2months the first application and 3 months on second application.

. You do NOT get Any visa at a Border, you can ONLY get Visa at Thai embassy/Consulates in Other countries. Don't get Confused with Visa Exempt Stamps..!
