It was already the second covid extension after entering in June on 30 days exempt plus a 30 days extension. The first Covid extension got me 60 days, but the 2nd one got me 91 days (17. 8. (applied) - 17.11.). So it looks like a mistake by immigration. The question is whether I can be held accountable for this? Or were there reports of 90 days Covid extensions?
Entered Thailand in June with 30 day visa exempt and no return ticket. Wasn't asked by air carrier (Thai Airways) about return ticket. Immigration officer in Suvarnabhumi asked about it. Told her that I will travel with train to Nong Khai / Laos. She was fine with this information and stamped.
Got already 2 Covid extensions at Chiang Rai immigration. Told the officer that German embassy doesn't issue these letters. She didn't insist on such a letter and was fine with that.
Will see next week about possibility to get another extension before 29th January.
