Marty Lavens For your TM30 you have 2 options, both of which are going to require your landlords house documents and their ID along with your docs (Passport/rental agreement/TM6 etc..) If your landlord wants you to do it, you should have him prepare those docs for you so you can do it the day after you arrive.... or have him register the address online now in the hope you can file the TM30 online by the time you get here.. As far as the residency cert for drivers lic... you cannot get this from immigration until you have done at least 1 90 day report... but being from the UK, you will be able to get a residency cert from UK embassy/consulate instead.
Scott Kevin you dont get a new slip at the airport... you can throw the old one away... you'll be given a new one next time you report. Immigration dont need a slip... they will go by the last entry stamp. (and new TM6)
Your 90 day report is due 90 days from the date of entry. You can do it up to 15 days before the report date or 7 days after. So your previous requirement fell within the 7 days grace period... no fine and can be completely ignored. Your new 90 report needs to be done from your new entry date.
I'm aware of all that and the way the entry stamps and extensions are meant to work. As we've talked about before, that is not what Thailand Elite is telling their members
When meeting the rep out at CW Thurs... ask them about the list of Elite memberships that are due to expire that they send to CW every week that automatically invalidate the visa sticker. Again, could be rubbish, only repeating what they told me
I'm not going to comment further because my original post last week warning of this was treated as fear-mongering and deleted. You'll have to make your own decision with conflicting info
also, IF you plan on renewing, you need to get onto it... they will tell you that renewal can take anywhere from 1 - 2 months... you may run into issues if your membership expires before hand
