What you are showing is just the document you carry with you : equivalent of a sticker affixed in your passport. It shows just minimal information. I know for a fact that there is much more in the Immigration computer system : not long ago I had an ED visa (education) , I was taking thaï language classes, the sticker in my passport didn’t mention I was taking Thai classes with this ED visa, nonetheless at the airport an IO tested my Thai language skills asking me questions in thai . Immigration belongs to Royal Thai Police . They know much more about you than just the basic info in your passport. And they love to know about you: thus the mandatory 90 days report … just an example …

Fact: immigration officers at the airport have everything related to your visa and all your stays in Thailand on the screen of their computer. They know the reason why, how, when and where you got your visa. Same applies for other visa like ED (education) etc …

They said it already. It’s not a one time proof for 5 years. When you will try to re-enter the country after totaling 6 months in country or when you will want to extend , they will ask you for continuous proof . It’s quite logic in my opinion.

Visa runs were finished even before covid: people after 3 visa exemptions per year were being questioned and some were refused entry

For the 500k, they can have a “guarantor”. Super easy.
