I had the same problem actually. After 5-6 months I think I start to underetand the usual abbreviations here. The best policy is to ask or read on as post context usually helps.

My Brit fiance got a SETV from London and arrived in Thailand last Dec with a return ticket for a 90 days' stay. No question asked. Obviously this is just one person's experience. Best of luck to you.

Not sure. Maybe that is why you cannot do it. You will need the ref. on the arrival card as well.

I have not done any report as we are still in the UK but did try to have a look by logging in. There is a msg saying that the system only supports Chrome and Internet Explorer 8-11. Hope this helps.

I have just registered online as the house owner so I can do the TM30 report for my Brit fiance. I got the username & password instantly.

The system asks you if you are Thai or 'alien' 😁 and if you are a home owner or hotel or guesthouse business.

You use either your passport or Thai ID (บัตรประชาชน) AND Tabian Baan (ทะเบียนบ้าน) AKA House Particulars (the Dept Consular Affairs of Thailand preferred translation), property purchase or rental contract.

Is it non O-A? If yes, you need to choose RETIRED not EMPLOYED etc.

Have you tried this method (see pic)? I struggled for a few hours as the system would jot accept my files despite them being under 0.5mb and JPEG or PDF. After I used this method, I had no problems.

You should contact the Embassy via FB Messenger. They answer very promptly.
