FYI update from Petchburi IO, Tha Yang district.

Sorry if you are already aware of the below:

- Both TM 28 and 30 are required.

- Non O-A

For an extension, a health insurance as per the new rule is required.

IO's advise against leaving and re-entering Thailand without a health insurance as per the new rule.

Best of luck! :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
Recent updates from the Petchburi Immigration Office indicate that both TM 28 and TM 30 forms are required for extension of the Non O-A visa. Additionally, applicants must have health insurance as per the new regulations, and it's advised not to leave Thailand without this insurance.
