good thinking. I've been seeing a girl for two years who lives with her elderly bf but when she goes home to her beautiful house in korat . I go with her leaving him at home. It was a small house but he spent just over 1m Thai baht building an amazing extension. So I'm know what I'm talking about when I say don't trust them. actually u can own the house but not the land. Been proven in Thai courts recently. I know a guy who's gf tried to remove him from the house a little while after it was complete. Because he owned the house and everything in it he hired a digger and put the shovel through the roof and demolished it beyond repair. No criminal charges filed
