I agree. Its dodgy negotiating house v gf. I know a guy who built his dream house and then went back to Oz for three months . She had moved her entire family into his house with her husband.

I don't think there's any argument in the answers. There's a reason why she wants it in her name. So she can fuk him off and then move her husband in. Believe me I've seen this happen. Working and living in the LAND of SMILES is a real eye opener. Vietnam is a better bet for honesty

sadly it's true. I know two guys brought their Thai gf here only for them to bail out a few years later. Two I know moved to Australia one twelve years ago, the other 7 and both are be back home 3 and 4 times a year. Could say working part time. !!

and by that time she will be pissed off and want to return home. In all honesty Thai girls dont settle well in the west and they miss the family. Good luck though. 👍🏾
