maybe try reading and understanding the post above. I wouldn't trust a Thai girl with a bag of sweets. Yes, there are some good girls around but u gotta go to the provinces. Stay away from entertainment zones for a good one.

actually u can own the house but not the land. Been proven in Thai courts recently. I know a guy who's gf tried to remove him from the house a little while after it was complete. Because he owned the house and everything in it he hired a digger and put the shovel through the roof and demolished it beyond repair. No criminal charges filed

do u for one minute think she wont renage on that deal. NEVER trust a Thai girl over money or a house. Thai mentality is if u offer 100 thb today or 1000 tomorrow a Thai girl will take 100thb
