Yeah you actually can’t buy it’s using a local account. The funds need to be transferred from your home country. Since condo ownership for foreigners is considered a “foreign investment “ and I’ve been told

That if you transfer it from a Thai account you will have issues at the land office transferring it to your name 👌

yeah so basically you would have rocks in your head even if you tried.

Yeah I will agree there is no right or wrong ( since there is more information specifically around the 6 month rule then not )

You can’t even apply for the DTV unless you have 6 months left from your intended travel date 📅 👌

But if it doesn’t work the first time make sure you cause a scene 🎬 be sure someone videos so we can all get some entertainment for the week 🙏🏽

good for you I’ve also lived out side of my own country for along time.

You say you have lived out for 15 years so you have got one new full length passport in 15 years ?

And your also going to

Tell me that you

Need more then 6 months to apply for a DTV , but you can come with a month left ? No chance.

Chances are most country’s atleast Australia won’t even let you leave with less then 6 months validity.

Even most airlines won’t even check you in.

I know this because when I was working in Laos 4 years ago I tried the same thing to go back to work 1 day under 6 months ( thinking I could get a new passport whilst at work) with no success.

I’d love it I you could show us in writing ✍️ 🙏🏽
