How can someone buy a condo in Thailand without a local bank account?
Can I ask how someone can buy a condo in Thailand if they can't have a bank account? Before somebody says a tourist is not supposed to buy a condo: I personally own real estate and know plenty of people who own RE in countries where they are tourists.

With a purchase agreement, Thai banks will allow you to open a bank account so you can transfer the money from your foreign bank to your Thai bank account.
The bank transfer must be done in a foreign currency and mention the purchase of that condo.

Yeah you actually can’t buy it’s using a local account. The funds need to be transferred from your home country. Since condo ownership for foreigners is considered a “foreign investment “ and I’ve been told

You can buy leasehold and company. You can buy car, gold and motorbike. You can buy a Condo with Chanote too if you know how to do. All my money is from Thailand.Jef ********

What I meant by that if you had 3m thb in a Thai a Thai bank you would have to transfer it back to your home country first and then send it to have it transferred to your name at land office
