Do you have legal custody in Thailand and India? If so then you would want those documents in case any issues arise - also a consent letter from the mother - since you have asked this question many times, you might want to consult a lawyer if the mother did not consent custody and the child was removed from Thailand without a court order, your sons mother would need to go to a notary and give consent with her information and sons information

she can she just needs a visa first and there is a application process for that which she didn’t pass, most pass and get visas it’s not rocket science and embassies around the world issue visas everyday….you are the one saying people cross the border illegally everyday? would you cross the border illegally into Thailand?

that’s odd then - maybe the embassy just doesn’t like Thai ppl? I always see Thai people on the plane to Los Angeles though about 30-40% so more people approved than denied is my guess
