I was there today. I pulled a ticket at 8:48 there was already 50 in the que . Left went shopping at big C ate an early lunch came back and was still only 8 spots opened. I sat their until after 330pm. They took copies of passport, passbook, home banking info. If you have a tourist account you'll need to close your account at the main branch where you got it. Uodate your passbook every month. I failed to do. Order your yearly statements if you haven't updated. Just in case you need to verify the income and source.
It will take a week to process and to be able to retrieve your balance. I'm on on a ltr visa, so they took copies of passport, every page, lease agreement, blue book, drivers license if you have one in thailand. They will ask your funding source , bank name at home, who transfers the funds, how much you bring into Thailand, what you spend most of it on. They basically tell you, you'll find out in a week because your account will work again. 😆
I did it not long ago been here almost a year and have not yet done a 90 day been out of the country right before my report days. But when you come back to the country redo your tm30. Now again. I did not do that because i was akways going back to same condo. Thankfully in both instances immigration gave me no issues at all when i went For certificate of residency. So what you will need is passport, photo copies of demographic page, visa page , last stamp entering page, and copy of current tm 30. You'll need copies of every page lease agreement and copy of owners blue book. Sign all pages of copies Or if an owner your ownership paperwork, again sign all copies you'll need at least one photo you'll go through the q in main entry bring all your paperwork you did and you'll show them. You tell them that you are applying for certification of residency. They'll give you the form to fill out in blue i repeat blue 💙 ink. Sign your name in blue also. And they'll tell you if anything additional. You fill out form. Go back in line. They'll review you again then you go across hall and they'll take all your stuff. If you go early you'll get it back same day. 300 baht. Don't by 2. Make a copy for car and use original for motorbike. Or whatever your primary vehicle is. Immigration will make you think you need both. A copy suffices at DL office. If you want to get 2 its 600 baht and you have to duplicate all the paperwork. I may not be 100% accurate. Retired and enjoying Thailand. I had a friend help me out first time. It was all easy enough. Also health certificate at JMC clinic on second rd is 150 baht. Again. Only buy one and make a copy for duplicate license.
Edit The health certificate is for Dl not residency sorry if confusion
