What documents are needed for the 90-day report in Thailand, and how early can I submit it?

I’m sure this has been asked, but what documents do I need to take in for my 90 day report? I don’t know the name of it, but I’m sure there is an application to fill out? And also, I think a TM30? (proof of residence where you’re staying?)

What else is needed and how much the way do I have as far as days ahead or after my 90th day to do the report? I prefer to go a few days early in case there were issues.

And if anybody has done this in Phuket, please advise on where you went? Do you just google your local immigration office?

Thank you in advance to all 🙌

TLDR : Answer Summary
For your 90-day report in Thailand, you will need the TM47 form, which can be filled out at the immigration office, and the TM30 form to prove your residence. You can submit your 90-day report from 14 days before up to 7 days after your 90th day. If you're located in Phuket, you can find your local immigration office through a quick online search.

You can complete the 90-day report 14 days before and 7 days after the 90-day date. The TM47 form you need will be available at the office and takes about 2 minutes to complete.
