beleive it or now there are more people who are in the situation im in due to changes in policy with banks clearly you fall below average retired americans in Thailand

you obviously dont understand when 1.50$ being taken off the exchange matters.

I deal with amount of money where .50 change in exchange makes difference of few hundred dollars

Example KBank allows 30,000 limit. I would have to do that 3 times then a 10,000 baht pull. ATM fee alone 250 baht x3 then bank fee for international atm x3 even selecting "with out conversion is .50 less then market.

I got 100k baht AT MARKET of 32.80 and only 200 fee

Go sit down you are not on this level clearly as you said in your comment its not needed.

yes this is for people like me who's visa is restricted from bank accounts due to changes. DTV are barred from opening accounts now and student visa not in university. I'm too young for the retirement visa yet i qualify by income and savings so that is why I posted this.

I forgot to clarify for the trolls including a moderator they will only do this if you are wanting to pull over

again its not the fee notice where I said MARKET RATE. You do know when you pull from ATM even with out conversion you are not getting market rate.

So when you pull 100k baht being at market rate is kinda helpful, you just mad cause you cant afford to pull 100k baht and still have money left over in the bank. Thats a you issue

Ill say this again i dont see how you are a moderator I stand by my previous observations on you.

@David ******
at market rate as well saves alot more then 20 baht and atm limit to 30,000 baht i was pulling alot more.

No need to be a smart ass dick. WU cash pick up takes 1.50$ off the exchange PLUS 19.50 fee for using debit card its the difference in 200$ USD.

Perhaps instead of being a smart ass dont comment when info is giving out to help people save money

you need to read where I explained the 1 year they are looking for is the non-oA visa clearly you cant read.

The person asking the question wanted to know if they can get a 1 year visa i answered them saying it was a

Non-OA they are not used to terminology so I explained the requirements for it in my comment

But thanks for playing just like the moron moderator in here that lack reading comprehension skills.

I showed them the option for a 1 year visa if they qualify and fits there needs

I know many people who maintain the retrimemnt visa and only here a few months out of the year own property as vacation property, perhaps that's what they were looking for too.

So maybe you need to read a bit more carefully

@Stuart ********
if you read it in explanation it was a retirement visa that I pointed out in my explanation of the 1 year visa maybe you need to learn to read explanations idiot 😉 you really are a detriment to this group where I have proven you wrong on many occasions and you are a mod here ? Yeah... again they asked for a 1 yr visa and I explained the 1 year visa is non-oA clearly critical thinking is absent on you
Andrew ********
@Max ************
yes they asked for a 1 year visa and gave them info that a 1 year visa does exist they call it holiday of you wish. I Know individuals with retirement visa that only spend a few months here but free to come and go as they see fit.
