For visa exempt you just show up with passport and filled out the TDAC and you get 60 days. Tourist visa you can extend 30 days with a fee at immigration

I asked my agent for tourist visa and they said at no point they will visa has to be in hand that qualifies but may get lucky

Can someone explain to me why people in a group is responding to someone asking a question and your response is try Google, jist answer the question as asked all you can do. Perhaps they have googled and want another point of view opinions options they may not understand

This happens alot im seeing first interview they deny. For me as an American my benifits in the VA for injuries took 12 years and it took going to court as well SSI 😑 so they do this to Americans as well and its a shame they just auto deny when all requirements are met.

The biggest thing they look for is showing an intent for the tourist to return to their home country after their visa expires or time is up
