I don’t see any difficulty in your plans re touring/remotely reporting. Plenty of bike groups (Issan Riders, Thailand Riders Paradise, etc..) around if you’re looking for a more specifics re visa issues.

Had two friends (1 Thai & 1 American) land there on 15th & 16th and they weren’t told anything upon arrival about a quarantine. Just scanned qr code and signed a book.
