Good advice all, thank you much. I am aware of timing issue, just did not know if I needed to come back to Ayutthaya or not. I will contact and ask new province office I have plenty of time, and I will have new address to report by 1 April. Not afraid to pay for “extra” services. Ayutthaya office very kind and helpful, don’t know about Phuket
