There are imo only 2 reasons they have blocked your app.The first one is the phone number and the second one is the Personal Information (KYC) in settings. Have you ever updated the Personal Information at your branch?
My personal information was updated automatically by Customer service at my branch when I opened a Fixed Deposit Account. I didn't even know about it and I have never had a problem with my accounts at Bangkok Bank over the years.
Ok, because before you updated everything in May, you couldn't open Personal Information (KYC). So,if you can see that, especially the first page with basic info is correct,it means that your visit to your branch was successful. It must be a glitch.
And that's what I've said the whole time. Basically,if keeping the money in the bank untouched, it's no difference the second year compared to how it was earlier. Get it?
We're talking about Bangkok Bank. The 4 months seasoning has nothing to do with the bank letter. You will get the bank letter 2 months prior to the day you apply for the extension,as usual. But if your money hasn't been seasoned 4 months,it will be frozen until 4 months is reached. But again, you'll have your bank letter.
