 I was reading the other day from the Thai Embassy site. It sounded like you need to provide proof of a monthly “pension.” I wish I had one, or the assets some have, but I don’t. They want 800k in a Thai bank. I need my 800k earning a return instead.

 thanks. I am concerned because I’ve done two land crossings to get a visa on arrival. They said no more of those. It would be awful to be turned away at the border! I can’t imagine.
