How do I successfully register through the TM30 website for my visa status?

Does anyone have experience in registering through the TM30 website? We are trying to navigate the TM30 report online. Got registered, docs uploaded. They’re requesting the address. No problem, but it keeps saying missing or incomplete information. I’ve checked it many times and everything is filled out correctly. Is there some trick to this that decades of completing bs government forms hasn’t taught me?!

Agree not the best website, but I got through registering the address, uploading id and registering myself. Just returned, registered again, same address and was able to download a copy of the tm30. Just keep playing with it. One pointer after registering the property, towards the bottom the is a + add box, click that to add your stay.

The site is a bit clunky, but I have always been able to get it to work. It is difficult to know what is wrong without seeing your input. Are you typing the exact same information as your landlord did when registering you at the address (do you have their printout to check)?

Once you havedregistered tgeclandlord at their address yiubhavecto add the addresscyiu are renting and then upload your passport as the tenant. Yiu should then be able to register your tm30 whenever it becomes necessary. If you have completed that then it probably has something to do with the dates you have to enter. If it is a long term rental then the onlybonecyiu can leave BLANK is the checkout date.

When searching for your application use only your surname or it will not be recognised.

Have you given the property a name, which is something you have to make up, eg your Surname_home?

yes, named it Family Home

its possible that it needs to be unique and there is already another property with that name already.
