i would rather have a need to be able to call at anytime, not just the times where wifi is available and not to pay for an American plan monthly when im not living there but if there's no other choices, I'll do it. Thanks

I got a sim card when I went to thailand 4 months ago but once I got home and put my sim card back in my phone, I didn't get info about missed calls texts or anything
