Depends on the speed for local provider.

For exam : 499B you get 5G highest speed+ Free phone call 100Min . Then reduce to 384kb. It’s unlimited but after 5G it become extremely slow.

Or 699B. 8G highest speed+ Free call 200Min. Then reduce to 1MB. etc

some hotel they do partial refund once quarantine time reduced.

Holiday inn refund another 10K if reduce to 7 days

PS: Even 15nights seems still good price as low as 30k with big promotion

If you book the room for 15 nights. I’m sure they will approve your COE.

In case your flight ticket cannot cancel or change date, best choice is book 15 nights. If any change or reduce to 10 days hotel May refund extra.

certificate of entry.

If you have visa , it doesn’t guarantee you enter Thailand. You will get stopped at checking counter , won’t get ticket.

You need upload (Visa)+ASQ hotel+ insurance + +PCR test+ ticket +.... in order to get COE

Some hotel can refund 80-90%. Some hotel only can change the date with or without fees if COE rejected.

Air ticket depends on the cancelation policy. But normally they won’t refund just because COE get rejected, Need a better reason.
