TLDR : Answer Summary
The claim that all foreigners can enter Thailand without quarantine starting next week is not confirmed and appears to be false. Several comments indicate that quarantine requirements are still in place, and the situation is subject to change. It was mentioned that from April 1, significant quarantine periods would still apply, with variations based on vaccination status and travel origin.

, you are wrong.

From 1st April everybody will be in 10 days quarantine, according to the Thai government.

But the hotel will force you to stay 11 nights.

If you are fully vaccinated, then it is 8 nights.

Only exception are those travelling from African countries, they must still be 15 nights in quarantine.

And it is one more thing.

The Thai government will update their list of safe countries two times per month.

Nope... there's no forcing, it's just simple math... the requirement is/was/will be

/7 "full days" in quarantine... how else you can achieve this without one more night?

Yes Jerry, but my information is from TAT and they are working on behalf of the Thai government all over the world.

And they gave me the information in a meeting on Teams 10 days ago.

So itโ€™s first hand information I got.

Vaccine doesnt actually prevents from catching and spreading the virus, the only thing most likely is to get fewer sympotms.

So don't expect "special treatment" just because you got the jab.

7 days vs 10 days quarantine is not a significant difference in my opinion

jail for you, the best decision for me ;) I spent amazing 1.5 months here.. few more days and I have to go back but worth it and quarantine wasn't that bad
