I understand your issues, but, if i were you, i would do a thorough and appropriate research in which country would be most feasible for my wishes. Thailand is not sustainable for your wishes.

A country where you are always precarious with an expiry date like foods.

Think about it very carefully !

Only the first year for the first request of the 1 year Retirement Visa is valid for 2 months.

All subsequent years require 3 months in advance.

For convenience and security not getting the dates wrong, it is advisable to keep an excellent annual program in the bank by receiving renewable annual interest.

The first issue of the Retairment visa must prove the availability of the 800 k. minimum 2 months before the day of request.

From the date of issue you have to maintain the sum of 800 K. for the next 3 months.

But never go below 400K in the rest of the months.

At the next renewal you are required to have 800 K. 3 months before the day you request. Timing 45 days before the visa expires.

Terrible questions that make no logical sense at all.
