Not from certain countries. Those from various African countries will require residency in the countries you mentioned and/or a detailed background check, which can take 4 weeks. Nigerians require a clearance from the narcotics control division and notarization from the Thai Embassy in Nigeria.
Yes, probably. Now that Ben is starting to dabble in alternative facts, watching his videos is starting to become a turnoff. The only good ones are his analysis of Thailand pandering to the WEF agenda.
Yeah and it's clear he has no real clue what happens when you travel in/out of Thailand on a multiple entry visa.
He mentioned the whole "have to stay outside of Thailand for at least 1 night" thing, but that appears to be applied ONLY to Chiang Khong, not Thailand as a whole.
While I almost always spend multiple days outside of Thailand, on the occasions I've done a day return trip (usually to Myanmar, before Covid that is) it was because those borders only allowed me to spend one day there without a visa.
I've been on non-O and non-B visas for years and I'm talking about the multiple entry versions here for the most part. I have been on a BOI non-B extension and non-O extensions as well, but the latter was during Covid only.
Like I said, I haven't had any real issues crossing borders on multiple entry visas regularly. Even Aranyaprathet worked out for me, though I used the car entry lane, as I was driving back and perhaps that's why no questions were asked. However, I think even Aranyaprathet is OK with multiple entry visas.
When I leave the country on business or for personal reasons, it's usually for 3-7 days, max. 10 days if it's in the region.
When I travel home to see family or to other countries further afield, it's usually for 10-21 days.
Never an issue coming back in and getting a fresh 90 day stamp.
Thus I don't think it will be on these visas either.
Funnily enough their visa application form says "Manila, Philippines" but it's bilingual, in English and traditional Chinese, so seems to be the correct form.
