Where do I get this certificate next time? Do I get it from embassy and get my insurance agent to sign it or is this something between them only I.e. a program the insurer signs up to with a certifying agency?? Cheers again:)

Thanks. I got no the non immOAvisa just 2 days before came into effect just by chance. However I do have Aetna insurance in USA. The Aetna on the list u provided is Aetna Thailand. So I guess the question is if Aetna USA signed the the foreign insurance form. How do I find that out? Many thanks in advance.
