Had my account with BB over 10year, I've had education visa, work permit, 30 days, 60 days, covid exemption and now on dtv 18 month already, I think as long as they can see normal usage and no large sums in and out constantly or inactivity then you should be ok.

I assure you it was, at the info desk at jomtien. I'll have both passports, so will see, but he defo wouldn't transfer my stamp over.

I tried to do this a month ago and was told cannot. Was told when I leave thailand check out with old passport and when I come next time to use my new passport.

I did, made a trip to KL on my 6 month run and bought a phone few days before, dtv doesn't come into it, just buy whatever it is your buying, show them your passport, they'll give you a vat slip, take to vat desk at airport and get your refund.

I flew to Kuala Lumpur from utapao last week then flew back into Phuket 5 days later, was only asked if I was on holiday or working, I just said holiday, stamped in for another 180 days.

was a nice break but went solo and wasnt much to do apart from the few land marks i went to visit, 4 days was probably 2 to many. Only really found one area for drinking called bukit bintang, prices around same as pattaya really, nothing to pricey, food was much cheaper that thailand though.
