if you leaving between you get on your 70days. - otherwise you need a RE-entry stamp, cause your normal Tr visa is single entry - setv , there is a metv as well, more complicated to do.

your entry day is day 1 - you can go 15 days before and 7 days after ... :-) without the 2000 thb penalty.

and you can get that letter from your own business as well - as mentioned min salary and 5% for sso has not changed. What changed is, that immigration / labour check if these sso payments has been made and paid.
