 nope - starting 1.October - or some days later after MFA informs embassy - but yes - might take some more days until the first 100 people arrive 😉 -

 yes - but he can only enter with STV and they require 3 months hotel booking and paid or own condo - 😉 - and of course there is quarantine - so it would be enter - quarantine - fly back 😉
