I just have a question about the amnesty that went until the end of September. Were we required to still go to the immigration to get a stamp every month while the amnesty was in affect? I am about to leave Thailand and someone I spoke with over the phone is saying that I will need to pay for overstaying because I did not get a stamp while on amnesty. I thought that it was a free amnesty/ no stamp required. Can someone please verify for me.🙏

Hello, I entered in Thailand on December 2019 with a Non Visa immingrant O based on Thai Child, got a 60 days extensions in March, so expired in May 2020 and affer that on Amnesty 31 July, 26 September and 31 october. So my last stamp in my passeportt valdi until 23 May 2020. Can I get an other Amnesty until 30 nov ? What is the documents required ? Thanks

Apathetic friend arrived back in Thailand on 7 March, since then he has done nothing, no amnesty stamps, no embassy letter, nothing. Where does he stand regarding the amnesty? (His embassy are no longer issuing letters).

Hi im on amnesty now and came in originally on a tourist visa in February, but i see a doctor/ phycolagist every 2 weeks to a month for pain management as i resantly had a lower leg amputation! Can apply for a visa on medical grounds?

my partner's 90 days report was due on 12 of May, he did his 90 days report online but rejected so he did it via mail and we received the mail yesterday with rejected comment "Late". We know normally the 90 days reporting by mail should arrived 7 days before the due date but with the amnesty til July 31, We thought we should be able to do 90 days reporting anytime between now til July 31st. Did we understand it incorrectly? How is the amnesty actually works?Any advise would be appreciated. thanks in advance.
