Free healthcare and we'll treat you like Thai people when you visit tourist attractions, and in a few years, you can apply for permanent residency? Or is it just another way to collect money from foreigners?

After that for the next year when you renew your visa for another 1 year, where they told you the money should be? In India or Thailand ?

I got my laptop 4 months back from Dubai via Aramex..any laptop with value more than 40,000 THB you have to pay import fee..if it's less than 40,000 THB then there will be no import fees but only tax and handling fees.

In the end of the day it's all depend on the price of the laptop written by the sender.

Also...the laptop will have a battery, so you have to expect a delay in shipping..my laptop took 21 days in a warehouse in Dubai to male sure the battary is safe then it was sent to me.

Banks in Thailand make charges for cash deposit in CDM or withdrawal from CDM/ATM if you are in different province than your bank account branch, it's around 20 THB.If you want to send money to your account in other province you can use the help of your friend to make transfer from his Bank accouny via his bank app and it's free.

If you want to withdraw cash from your bank ATM/CDM in different province, then use your bank app to withdraw cash without using your physical debit card and it will be free withdrawal.

Hi, from my experience my land lord did the TM30 by mail and it took more than 10 days! On the other hand I went to the immigration office along signed copy of the land lord ID + house registration stating that the documents is for my TM30 + the rental agreement + my passport.

It's all done on the same day. Try to go again to the immigration office with these documents.
