If this is truly needed. The US Embassy will no longer certify diplomas or transcripts. The only legal way to do this is fly back to the US and only the university that issued them can do this. SOME universities will do this if you mail them. But you need to check.

hell no I'm not a member. I would have nothing to do with the military. You sound like another brain washed individual. You can keep this service. It sucks. You can push them all you want. Charles Schwab and Wise are hands down better. You sir are the jackwagon 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.

Will will never convince anyone here to stop using Wise.

$1000 is not small. Not sure what you are trying to prove, but you are wrong. You also can't transfer more than 50k baht into Thailand. There are only 3 banks that allow this.

Also directly on NFCU website it states that any amount sent for $5,000 or more to a third party aka a bank account can only be done in person. This is of no use to ppl not located in the US

the most I have ever paid is $8 in change. And it arrives in under 30 seconds

Wise is way cheaper and only takes a few seconds to transfer from the US to Thailand

If you ignore it you are looking at a 5000 baht fine, plus 200 baht a day from the due date until you file it. So if you never do it, you could be looking at a 60k baht fine

You can try sending an email. I did this with CSL a few years ago when they were bought out by AIS. Worked just fine
