Morning experts (expats) what’s the best way to cancel 3bb condo internet package I’ve already exceeded 12 month intitial contract. Don’t fancy having to go into branch on my last day unless it’s the only option. Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The best way to cancel your 3BB internet package after the initial 12-month contract is typically to visit a 3BB office in person, as mentioned by a user who canceled their service within 10-15 minutes without a queue. However, some users suggest trying to email the company, especially if you won't be using their services again, as it provides documentation of your request. There may be complexities in the cancellation process similar to that of other service providers. It's advisable to prepare for potential waiting times in-store.

I have a life time 3BB ban. Why? I did not fly back across the world to sign a form saying I don't want to continue beyond my 12 month prepaid contract my response was asking to see their environmental commitment pledge. I wear this life time ban like a badge of honour. f**k 3BB

You can try sending an email. I did this with CSL a few years ago when they were bought out by AIS. Worked just fine
try the small shop upstairs at the foodcourt at lotus/homepro on the bypass road. 5 min queue but cannot answer for sure if they can help. I signed my new package there.

For AIS my only option was to go into an office and wait for an hour until my number was called to process the cancellation and return the modern. I'm assuming most other carriers are the same.
